Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, you may return it to for replacement or full refund in the following manner:

  • Returns to must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Before returning ANY item, please contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA). No returns of any type will be accepted without prior approval and a RA number.
  • Defective Item: First contact us for a RA number. When the defective product is received a full credit will be issued, inclusive of shipping or the product will be replaced at no additional cost.
  • Non-Defective Item: All refunds or exchanges for non-defective items will NOT include shipping and handling charges. Product must be returned with pre-paid shipping and in resalable condition.
  • Product Damaged In Shipping: Please contact us immediately for an RA number if a product is received damaged. After 30 days from the invoice, will NOT be responsible for any damaged product.
  • All returns must be received from a courier that issues tracking numbers, such as UPS, Federal Express, and DHL.
